How do I place my order?

Click on the link to Browse by category or use the tab on the menu bar. Shop around! When you find what you like, click "Add to Cart" You will be directed to the PayPal shopping cart site. If you would rather not use PayPal for whatever reason, email me your order, include what items you would like, quanity, and address and I will promptly send you an invoice with a mailing address.

Is there a minimum order?

No, I welcome all orders of any size.

Returns?

Sorry, do to the nature of our product, we can not accept returns. But, If I send you the wrong item let me know and I will correct it.

What are my payment options?

I accept credit, debit and e-checks through Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still use PayPal to pay with your credit card or bank account as a guest. Or contact me and I will send an invoice to pay by money order made payable to Jodi Lynn Krier. My address will be on the invoice. Sorry, please, no personal checks.

Backorders?

In the event of a backorder, I will email you with an estimated time of completion, and email you when it is completed, or offer substiution.

How are packages shipped?

I ship packages on a daily basis, using USPS. Shipping is by weight. First class USPS 13 ounces and under. 14 ounces or more is shipped Priority mail. Orders of $40 or more, I pay the shipping. I do ship Internationally, but the shopping cart does not calculate International shipping charges, please email your order to me and I will send you an invoice promptly. If you are local (Hope Mils or Fayetteville area) email your order to me, if you are close enough I will deliver for you to avoid shipping costs.

How do special orders work?

Submit special orders, either fragrance requests, or specials recipes by email. I will promptly answer your email, giving you an estimated time that it should be ready, including time to order fragrance oils that you requested. Included in this wait time is curing time. Special orders usually have a wait time of 2-3 weeks. I do require a 20% non refundable deposit on these orders. This deposit is due at the end of negotiation of the order. The balance of the agreed upon price is due upon completion on my part of the order and prior to shipping. I allow only 30 days max to await payment, if your order is not paid after 30 days the order will be absorbed into my inventory, the 20% deposit will not be refunded, and future orders will require payment in full before I start making your order.
