How do special orders work?
Submit special orders, either fragrance requests, or specials recipes by email. I will promptly answer your email, giving you an estimated time that it should be ready, including time to order fragrance oils that you requested. Included in this wait time is curing time. Special orders usually have a wait time of 2-3 weeks. I do require a 20% non refundable deposit on these orders. This deposit is due at the end of negotiation of the order. The balance of the agreed upon price is due upon completion on my part of the order and prior to shipping. *International, Wholesale or special price orders are not eligible for free shipping.
